COMMUNITY SPONSORSHIPS Procedure and Deadlines for Applications | Submitting an Application | Main Procedure and Deadlines for Applications Sponsorship requests are coordinated through the hospitals' Public Relations & Marketing department and reviewed quarterly. Organizations will receive written notification of the committee's decision according to the following schedule. Annual application deadlines and notification dates are: Application Deadline Notification Date January 31 March 31 April 30 June 30 July 31 September 31 October 31 December 31 Requests received after the deadline will be considered in the following quarter, if still timely. Organizations are strongly encouraged to submit one request encompassing all opportunities for sponsorship within a calendar year (i.e., walk, gala, golf outing, special events). Each event should have its own sponsorship application.
