That’s why we created Providence Women’s Heart Center—to help women find out their risk for heart disease, learn how to prevent it, and learn how to control it. Our goal is to provide a highly personal approach to the diagnosis of heart disease by screening women and giving them information that will help them make more informed decisions about their health.

Find out your risk at
Providence Women’s Heart Center

Providence Women’s Heart Center was designed with women in mind. Relax comfortably in our beautifully appointed center while you receive personal, individual attention to your heart health.

Your private heart screening will be conducted by a nurse who specializes in women’s heart health. After reviewing your test results, she will explain the findings and assess your personal risk for heart disease. She will also answer any questions you may have regarding treatment and risk reduction. In addition, the nurse will help schedule any additional consultations that are part of your screening and provide follow-up support as needed.

All results of your screening are kept confidential. However, we will be happy to forward your assessment results to your family physician, if you choose.

An advisory group comprised of Providence cardiologists and other physicians provides medical oversight to the Women’s Heart Center. Our experienced medical staff and health professionals are experts in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
